Over the past couple of years we have been privileged to shoot in some of New York’s greatest and most iconic locations.
These are just some of the locations which kindly opened their doors to Carl Power Media Inc.
- The Empire State Building - we were one of only a handful of crews allowed shoot professionally from the observation tower in 2008.
- Macy’s Herald Square - kindly allowed us shoot one hour prior to opening during Christmas week.
- Tiffany’s & Co Fifth Avenue - again, we were privileged to be given access to one of the most famous jewellery stores in the world for a detailed shoot on multiple floors.
- Tribeca Grill co-owned by renowned restaurateur Drew Nieporent and legendary actor Robert De Niro. Filming in one of New York’s best known restaurants was both satisfying and nourishing - the food is really quite something!
- Radio City Music Hall - Jarid and the team in Radio City gave us an exclusive interview with a Rockette (Anna) as well as Basement to Penthouse access to this stunning venus.
- Tavern on the Green Central Park - the management of this iconic Manhattan restaurant we’re so gracious to us when we profiled them for MVP New York Publications - the manager even spoke to us in Irish!
- Madame Tussauds 42nd Street Manhattan - I filmed Bill Clinton, George Bush Jr, Madonna, Oprah, George Clooney, Johnny Deep, Pope John Paul II and Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi- now who else can say that? Carl Power Media were very lucky to be given filming rights in one of Manhattan’s hottest tourist destination - I guess they like what we do!
- Bodies - The Exhibition - strange, wondrous, fascinating, and a must see - Ken Talberth and his team allowed us full access and a private tour when we called on them to shoot this amazing exhibition.
- Sports Museum of America - I loved this shoot and can’t recommend this museum enough - especially for sports fans.
- Nintendo World, Rockefeller Plz, New York - allowed us exclusive access to the store to do a feature on the Wii Fit.
